Dawson Oaks Trailer Park has a small studio and a loud party-game audience. That mix only works if people know where official statements live. This page is the etiquette layer on top of the links hub. It is also the disclaimer: this wiki is unofficial. We are not Striped Panda Studios, we are not paid by them, and nothing here overrides a Steam news post.

The game is still upcoming — planned 17 September 2026 on Windows Steam, $9.99 USD, delayed from 10 September so a new map could ship polished. Community energy is currently wishlists, playtest VODs, and Discord LFG. It is not patch-note archaeology.

Three channels, three jobs

Discord (official invite) is where you find ten friends at 10 p.m., ask whether someone has a spare seat, and hear about a studio message minutes after it drops. It is also where fake key bots will try their luck. Mute strangers selling licenses. Point them at the codes hub if they insist a public string exists. Use Discord for voice-check rehearsals before you even install; the lobby checklist is written for that room.

Steam discussions (app hub threads) are slower and public. Community-manager posts have already pointed people at Discord. Technical threads about specs belong next to system requirements, not as a replacement for the Steam table. Do not treat an anonymous “I played the full game last month” post as proof of launch. Closed playtests were real; a public unlock is not the same thing.

This wiki is for durable explanations: how to play, Getting Started, Supervisor, release date, news. We update when facts change. We do not run your lobby. If a wiki sentence and a Hello Snitches post disagree, the post wins.

Unofficial, in practice

You may quote these pages in Discord. You may not imply the studio endorsed a tier list ranking. You may not paste our lobby checklist into a YouTube description as “official rules.” Role urges, meeting votes, Piss Creek Saloon exile, and the public Supervisor are design facts from the store page and playtests. House rules (second votes, fun bans, drinking rules) are your table’s problem.

Mature content is part of the pitch: crime, alcohol and drugs, mild cartoon violence, knockouts, suggestive comedy, no explicit sex. Discord and Steam both have age gates. Do not drag minors into a park about Junkies and Dealers. That is not a joke rule.

How to ask a question without wrecking a channel

• Date questions: link release date and ask whether a newer Steam post exists. Do not start “is it out???” every hour.
• Key questions: no, there is no public code. Read playtest keys. Do not spam #general asking for prerequisites.
• Role questions: start with the players hub. Then ask your lobby, because a Snitch cover is a secret, not a wiki comment.
• Crash questions: list OS, GPU, and whether you are on LAN or online. Then compare to system requirements.
• LFG: say region, language, and whether you want proximity-open-mic or push-to-talk. English has full audio; other listed languages are interface.

Tone that keeps lobbies intact

Streamer playtests (PaymoneyWubby, KYRSP33DY, ShadesOfNate, Jozzoh) taught the internet that this game is funny when people commit to the park and miserable when they meta-game like a silent deduction board. Encourage roleplay without forcing bits on people who just want a clean meeting. Do not spoil a friend’s cover in Discord while the round is live. Do not clip a Snitch reveal into a public channel if that group asked for no spoilers.

Wishlist estimates in the tens of thousands (community trackers around 17k) mean launch week may be crowded. Have a LAN fallback. Have a second host. Have the tools hub open. Do not harass the studio in email about queue times that have not happened yet.

If this page and Discord disagree about a rule, ask which rule you mean. Studio rules come from patches and news. Table rules come from your friends. Wiki rules are just our best writeup of the former. Keep that stack in order and the Community Center votes will at least be about the Snitch, not about whose spreadsheet is “official.”
