Dawson Oaks Trailer Park is a proximity-voice social deduction game from Striped Panda Studios, the same indie team behind Dale & Dawson Stationery Supplies. Steam currently lists a Windows launch for 17 September 2026 at $9.99 USD. The date moved one week from 10 September so a new map could ship polished. These pages are written from the store copy, official screenshots, and closed playtests. They do not treat the game as if it is already sitting in your library.

Who should open which guide

Brand-new lobbies should start with the beginner lobby walkthrough. Wishlist the Steam page, confirm Windows specs, and run the pre-match lobby checklist so you are not still dragging character sliders while proximity chat is already live.

Once you can walk, read how the full match loops. Sanity sits on the top bar. The left panel lists URGES that restore it. Commit an urge and the HUD screams that you are committing a crime. Wait too long and you go unstable, which makes you easier to expose. Meetings fire in the Community Center Main Room. Arrests run on a visible timer. Voted-out players are not fully gone: Community Service locks their voice to Piss Creek Saloon.

If the public Supervisor nametag lands on you, skip straight to the Supervisor playbook. Everyone already knows who you are. Your power is information, a timed police call, and the discipline to keep informants unnamed. Playtests showed at least one hidden Snitch, often two. Lose them and the intel network collapses.

Suspects who want the rat gone should open the Snitch-hunting meeting guide. The usual tells are people who never crime, people who trade too cleanly, and people who somehow always know roles. Wrong votes leave the Snitch in the park with a cover story still attached.

If you rolled Drug Dealer, Junkie, Moonshine Cook, Creep, Scrapper, Pyromaniac, Gambler, Thief, Drunk, Prankster, or Hobo, the page that keeps you free is how to crime without an audience. Split urges across trailers, treat the crime banner as a stop sign, and do not narrate your left-panel list into voice chat.

Bind questions live on the keyboard and controller layout. Playtests showed E to pick up, G to drop, C to drink, throw, or smoke, Tab for Role Details, hotbar slots 1-3, a wallet, a camera, and a flip phone on slot 5. Steam lists full controller support. The full key list can still change before launch, so treat that page as playtest-accurate, not as a printed manual.

Learn the lots from the park map and landmarks. Community Center, Piss Creek Saloon, individual trailers, porches, dumpsters, and mailboxes are the geography playtests used. Objective markers call out HOME TRAILER, BATHTUB, STEREO, and MEETING with distances. The delay exists specifically to polish a new map, so expect the layout to grow after 17 September.

HUD meters, earshot voice, and the offer panel now have their own walkthroughs: sanity and urges, proximity voice chat, and trading and items. How a round is supposed to feel

Talk only to people in earshot. The Supervisor role sheet is public. Hidden Snitches wear a cover role and receive extra urges such as sending a message or watching from a trailer, labeled so only they can see them. The other eleven suspect roles need each other: Junkies buy from dealers, cooks sell moonshine to players or the bartender, scrappers chase plastic cans. Before you host a lobby

There are no public promo codes. Closed playtests used private keys. The codes hub stays empty until Striped Panda publishes something redeemable.
